First and foremost, we are sorry to see you leave. If there is anything we can do to change your mind please contact us at 631-727-2858. Or if you have any trouble canceling please contact us via phone or email.

To cancel your account you may follow these instructions:

Step 1 – Login to your account by clicking the “Log In” option in the upper right. Or “My Account” if you are already logged in.

Step 2: Under the “My Memberships” section in your account, you may go to the plan that you are signed up for and click “Cancel”.

Continue to follow the prompts on the following screen to finalize your cancellation and then your account will be cancelled.
